Canapé Sandwiches

Simple and delicious sandwiches with ordinary bread will decorate any festive table, both home and corporate. There is no limit to the imagination here – both with forms and with ingredients.

Ingredients

Method number 1:

  • White or black bread – 3 slices
  • Ham or sausage – 6 slices
  • Marinated champignons – 6 pcs.
  • Raw carrots – 50 g
  • Apple – 50 g
  • Green onions – 5 g
  • Mayonnaise – 0.5 teaspoon.

Method number 2:

  • White or black bread – 3 slices
  • Cream cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 0.5 cloves
  • Green olives with filling – 3 pcs.

Directions

  1. Cut out circles of the desired dia from dried black or white bread. Form – arbitrary, you can use metal molds for dough.
  2. Method number 1 with ham and pickled mushrooms:
    Finely grate the carrots and the same amount of fresh apple. Fold into a bowl, add finely chopped green onions, quite a bit of mayonnaise, and mix. Place the pickled mushrooms on the skewers. Wrap 0.5 teaspoon of salad in a slice of ham. Use a skewer to pierce the champignon, ham, and toasted bread.
  3. Method number 2 with cream cheese and olives:
    Mix cream cheese with paprika and garlic. Place it on dried bread through a pastry bag with a curly nozzle. Put half an olive on top. You can fill it with sweet paprika if it is unfilled.
  4. Simple and delicious canapé sandwiches for the festive table are ready.
