  • 250 ml red wine, dry

  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon, peppers and onions into small pieces and fry them together with the minced meat and spices, deglaze with the red wine and simmer gently for another 10 minutes.
  2. Now alternately layer the spaetzle and the seared meat in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
