Ingredients
- 150 g cherry tomato (s)
- 100 g melon (s) (cantaloupe)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
- 0.5 ½ cup natural yoghurt, milder
- 1 scoop mozzarella, possibly
- Raspberry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Pepper, coarser
- sugar

- Cut the melon, tomatoes and onion into small cubes and mix in a bowl.
- Mix up a dressing from natural yoghurt, vinegar, a little splash of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice and season with coarse pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste.
- If you want, you can mix the salad with a scoop of diced mozzarella.
