Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons coffee powder (espresso powder, Nescafe´)
  • 3 tablespoon coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ rum, white

Instructions

  1. Pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water over the espresso and cappuccino powder and stir.
  2. Beat the egg yolks and the fresh egg white, pulp from the vanilla pod and sugar in a water bath for about 10 minutes (it should be thick).
  3. Then slowly pour in the coffee mixture, cream and rum.
  4. If necessary, then strain and fill into bottles.
