Carbonara with Chicken and Mushrooms

Carbonara with chicken and mushrooms is a real “feast for the stomach”! The pasta turns out to be very rich and delicious, exactly what you need for a good dinner! You will definitely not go wrong!

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 300 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Chicken fillet – 200 Grams (bacon is possible)
  • Mushrooms – 200 Grams
  • Parmesan cheese – 70 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add eggs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, beat until smooth.
  3. In vegetable or butter, fry the diced chicken fillet. After lightly frying, remove the fillet onto a plate. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms, adding crushed garlic.
  4. Boil the pasta until tender, then discard in a colander. Return the pasta to the pan, add the beaten egg with cheese, chicken fillet and mushrooms. Mix everything thoroughly and put on low heat. Simmer the carbonara for 25-30 minutes.
