Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s), boiled
  • 400 g chicken wins, frozen or fresh, seasoned
  • 1 can apricot (s)
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in a little oil for about 10 minutes over medium to high heat. Cut the chicken wings (defrosted if frozen!) Into bite-sized pieces, add to the potatoes and fry them.
  2. Drain the apricots, collect the juice and stir with the starch until smooth. Cut the fruit into strips and add to the potatoes. Then add the juice and let everything simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with curry, pepper and salt.
