- 250 g quark (coarse curd cheese, from the farmer)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 potato (s), boiled, pressed
- chervil
- 250 g flour (smooth)
- 125 ml water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g butter, melt
- salt
- mint

- Sauté the chopped onion, mix with the breadcrumbs, add the pressed potato, season with salt, chopped chervil and pasta mint, and form small balls.
- Pasta dough: Process all ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to rest for about 1/2 hour, roll out, put balls on top, beat in and cut out, boil in salted water and serve with brown (melted) butter.
