Carrot Cake with Cinnamon

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 150 Grams
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Butter – 80 Grams
  • Sugar – 70 Grams
  • Flour – 180 Grams
  • Dough baking powder – 10 grams
  • Cinnamon – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Add sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
  4. Mix everything and add butter softened at room temperature.
  5. Whisk everything well. Add flour and baking powder.
  6. Stir everything until smooth.
  7. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour or semolina. Pour the dough and bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished cinnamon carrot cake a little, and then gently transfer to a plate, cut into portions and serve.
  9. If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
