Carrot Cake with Cinnamon

- Prepare all ingredients.
- Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
- Add sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
- Mix everything and add butter softened at room temperature.
- Whisk everything well. Add flour and baking powder.
- Stir everything until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour or semolina. Pour the dough and bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Cool the finished cinnamon carrot cake a little, and then gently transfer to a plate, cut into portions and serve.
- If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
