Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 5 carrot (s), peeled, cut into cubes
  • 100 g beans (Kenya), fresh, prepared ready to cook
  • 150 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, dependin on your taste
  • 1 liter water, or broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the carrots in it for about 3 minutes, add the Kenya beans, fry for another 3 minutes.
  2. Then add the peanut cream, salt and pepper and the water - or the broth.
  3. Let simmer for about 30 minutes, add liquid if necessary.
