Ingredients

  • Small pasta, boiled – 200 g (or about 70 g of dry pasta)
  • Sour cream (18%) – 500 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp (80 g)
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) – 20 g

Directions

  1. Cook small pasta in the usual way (but more often I use yesterday’s pasta for a casserole, which no one wants to eat anymore – this is how food is saved).
  2. Grease the mold with oil. Put a layer of pasta on the bottom. Mix sour cream, eggs, sugar, and salt.
  3. Beat with a mixer or fork. Pour the whipped mixture over the pasta.
  4. Bake the pasta casserole in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown (baking time depends on the oven and the size of the dish). The number of casseroles is obtained from the specified amount of food. However, you can bake the pasta casserole in one large pan.
  5. Maybe supplemented with fruit if desired. Serve sweet pasta casserole with tea, coffee, or milk. It should be noted that the pasta casserole becomes even tastier when it cools completely.
