Mini Casseroles “Stars” from Mashed Potatoes

I often have little mashed potatoes left. This time I decided to bake it))
Servings: 5
Ingredients
- Mashed potatoes – 200 g
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Flour – 1-2.5 tbsp
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
- Boiled tongue – 5 pieces
- Vegetable oil for greasing
Directions
- Add the egg, flour, and pepper to the puree. My puree is watery, so it took more flour (2.5 tablespoons). If the puree is thick, you can use less flour. To stir thoroughly.
- Put the puree into a pastry syringe with an asterisk attachment. Turn on the oven. Grease a baking sheet (or foil).
- Put little mashed potatoes at some distance from each other. Put the filling on top (I had boiled pork tongue).
- The next layer is mashed potatoes again. Squeeze it out of the syringe with a slide onto the filling. Place a baking sheet with mini casseroles in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- The mini mashed potato casseroles are ready.
