Ingredients
- 300 g ribbon noodles
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 175 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s), separated
- 0.5 ½ lemon (zest), grated
- 75 g raisins
- 75 g flaked almonds
- 2 large apples
- 500 g quark
- Butter for the mold

- Cook the pasta and set aside.
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces.
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff.
- Mix the butter, sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Mix the mixture with the quark, almonds, raisins, grated lemon zest and apples. Mix everything with the pasta and finally fold in the stiff egg white.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 - 60 minutes.
- The casserole tastes best hot! If you want, you can add a vanilla sauce.
