Casserole with Persimmon and Cottage Cheese

A wonderful breakfast option is a cottage cheese casserole with persimmon. It is prepared quickly and easily, it turns out delicious, tender, and moderately sweet.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 350 g
  • Persimmon (small) – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
  3. Add sifted wheat flour with baking powder and semolina.
  4. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  5. Cut the persimmon into small pieces and add to the curd mass. Mix. Cover the form with parchment paper.
  6. Put the curd mass with persimmon into the mold. Cook cottage cheese casserole with a persimmon in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool the prepared casserole in the form (you can even leave it overnight). Then turn the casserole onto the wire rack, remove the parchment paper.
  8. Cut the cottage cheese casserole with persimmon into portions and serve.
