Cauliflower Casserole with Tomatoes and Cheese (in the Oven)

To make a cauliflower casserole, you need the simplest and most affordable foods. A small amount of ingredients makes six full servings that can be consumed without garnish. All in all, if you’re wondering how to make cauliflower deliciously, read the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 700 g
  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 180 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Dry Italian herbs – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. We disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences.
  3. Dip the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Grease the baking dish with oil and heat the oven to 190 degrees.
  5. Prepare the filling: beat the eggs with a whisk with milk, salt, pepper and dry herbs. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  6. Put the cabbage into the prepared form, having previously drained it from the liquid. Fill the cabbage with the prepared filling, put the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. We send it to the oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
