Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
2 medium egg (s)
4 tablespoon sweet cream
some wheat flour for flouring
some breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs for breading
Salt and pepper, whiter, finely ground
paprika powder, noble sweet
2 tablespoon, heaped onion granules
oil for deep-frying

Instructions

Cut the cauliflower head into florets of the same size, blanch them in unseasoned water for 5 minutes and then quench in ice or cold water. This is how you end the cooking process abruptly. Now pat dry with kitchen paper or in a clean kitchen towel.
Mix the flour with the four spices and use them to flour the dry florets evenly. In the next step, whisk the eggs with the cream. Turn the floured florets in this mixture so that the florets are evenly coated with egg. Finally, the breadcrumbs follow. Again, turn the florets evenly so that everything is well breaded.
Now heat the oil to 180 ° C. If there is no suitable thermo in the household, use a wooden skewer. Small bubbles should appear on contact with the hot oil, then the frying temperature has been reached and the food can be fried. The baking time should be approx. 2 minutes until the florets are cooked through and crispy.
The cauliflower nuggets are now ready to serve.
Ketchup or all kinds of spicy sauces are served with it.
