Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cooked, firm to the bite
- 1 tube mayonnaise, small
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1 pinch (s) curry
- chives
- 125 g cheese, (chest cheese)
- 1 small Jar mixed pickles
- some tomato (s), small ones
- 6 slices ham, cooked

- Drizzle the cauliflower with a few drops of vinegar.
- Mix the mayonnaise with curry and a little condensed milk and pour it over the cauliflower. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
- Cut the Chester cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix the pieces of cheese with the mixed pickles and tomato wedges. Shape the cooked ham into rolls and arrange everything around the cauliflower.
- Serve with toast with butter.
