Charlotte on One Egg

Charlotte according to this recipe will not yield to the classic taste. Delicate, with a crispy crust and juicy apple filling, you will definitely like it. Try it!

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Apple – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Sour cream – 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Vanillin – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine egg, sugar, salt and sour cream in a deep bowl.
  3. Whisk.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and vanillin.
  5. Stir everything until smooth.
  6. Cut the apples into slices (if the skin is tough, it is better to remove it) and place in a greased baking dish. I additionally sprinkle the mold with semolina.
  7. Pour the dough on top, and bake the pie in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Charlotte on one egg is ready.
  9. If desired, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and serve.
