Ingredients

  • g 1,250 cream quark

  • 2 sachets powdered sauce, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sugar, lemon juice, eggs, pudding powder and the 2 sachets of sauce powder together in a bowl. Line the bottom of a size 26 springform pan with baking paper. Pour the curd mixture into the mold and smooth it out a little if necessary.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C, convection: 150 ° C, gas: level 2) on the middle rack for about 50-60 minutes. Please do not forget your chopsticks, baking time may vary depending on the oven.
  3. Loosen the cake from the edge of the springform pan with a knife and let it cool, but leave the edge around it.
  4. When the cake has cooled down completely, put the fruit juice in a tall bowl and stir in the 4 sachets of sauce powder until the liquid becomes thick and thick. Then pour over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
