Mirror Cake Glaze Recipe

Delicious white chocolate and condensed milk frosting. Prepare a colored mirror glaze at home, decorate your cake with a beautiful glaze, and surprise your family and friends.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Gelatin – 12 g
  • Food dye – 1 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Condensed milk – 120 g
  • Glucose – 150 ml
  • White chocolate – 180 g
  • Water – 160 ml

Instructions

  1. Pour food gelatin with cold water (60 g) and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Add glucose and water (100 g) to the saucepan.
  3. Pour in 150 g of sugar and put on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring with a silicone spatula. After boiling, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add white chocolate, stir.
  5. Add condensed milk and gelatin. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Filter through a sieve. Cool to 36 degrees.
  7. Add gel dye to the glaze.

Mirror glaze is ready.
