- 180 g brie
- 150 g Goronzola
- 60 g parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1 shot white wine
- some flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- some oil

- Heat some oil in the pot.
- Roughly peel the brie and grate the parmesan. Carefully heat the brie and the gorgonzola in oil and melt. Deglaze with a little flour and white wine. Add the cream. Add the grated parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Tastes particularly good with spaghetti or penne rigate.
