Cheesecakes with Semolina

Delicate, airy and delicious cheese cakes with a golden brown crust. Piping hot! Prepare cheesecakes with semolina and you will definitely like it.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 50 g + for forming curd cakes
  • Semolina – 30 g
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Place cottage cheese in a deep plate and beat in an egg. Stir well.
  2. Add an incomplete teaspoon of salt, sugar and semolina. If you like sweeter cheese cakes, then the amount of sugar can be increased. Then add flour. Mix. Add loosener. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Start forming curd cakes. Pour some flour on the surface of the table. Take a tablespoon of the cheese mass and roll in flour. Form balls and flatten on both sides.
  4. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the syrniki in hot vegetable oil and fry over medium heat, first on one side until golden brown.
  5. Then turn over and fry the cheese cakes with semolina on the other side.
  6. Put the prepared cheesecakes on a plate and serve. I served cheesecakes with honey. You can serve with sour cream, butter, marmalade, marmalade, or jam as you like.
