Ingredients

  • 70 g semolina, (soft wheat semolina)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Meanwhile, separate the egg and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk.
  2. When the milk boils, take it off the stove and stir in the semolina. Put the saucepan back on the stove and stir in the egg yolks. When the semolina boils again, remove the pan from the heat and fold in the egg whites. Finally stir in the mandarins and their juice.
  3. Serve in a bowl.
