Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 2 glasses sour cherries

For the sprinkles:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter, soft

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Drain the sour cherries.
  3. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make a smooth dough. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and distribute evenly.
  4. Now place the drained cherries on the dough.
  5. For the crumble, knead all the ingredients well and sprinkle over the cherries.
  6. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
