- 240 ml sour cherry juice (not from concentrate)
- 240 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric powder
- 1 pinch (s) ginger, freshly grated
- 2 bags chamomile tea
- 60 g sour cherries, frozen

- Put the frozen cherries and tea bags in a teapot.
- Bring the cherry juice and water to the boil in a small saucepan: stir in the turmeric and ginger and pour the hot liquid over the tea bags. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, remove the tea bags and enjoy the drink either warm, at room temperature or cold.
