- 3 kg quince (s)
- 1 kg sugar
- 3 liters water
- 400 ml cherry juice
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 8 cl gin
- ice cubes

- Quince quarter, peel, core and cut into pieces. Simmer with the water and sugar for 60 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand overnight. Then pour the whole thing through a sieve, briefly boil and fill into bottles.
- For the drink, mix 100 ml quince juice with 100 ml cherry juice and gin. Serve with a sprig of rosemary and ice cubes.
