Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • some honey
  • 2 teaspoons yogurt, Greek
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and a good amount of curry and sauté with the butter. In the meantime, peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces, then let it braise in the pan.
  2. Peel the banana, cut into small cubes and add to the meat. Add a little honey and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Deglaze with the milk and let it boil down. Stir in the Greek yogurt and simmer for another 10 minutes. Possibly season again with curry, salt and pepper.
  4. Rice goes well with it.
