  • Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
  • Chicken breast – 200 g
  • Corn flour – 60 g
  • Wheat flour – 70 g
  • Vegetable oil (sunflower) – 4 tablespoons
  • Water – 120 ml
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Spices (coriander, turmeric, red chili flakes, garlic, black pepper) – to taste
  • Salt to taste

  1. Preparing the ingredients for a chicken breast stuffed onion snack. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings and fry it until golden.

  2. Put the onion in a bowl, add corn and wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, lemon juice, spices. Mix well.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Put on a baking sheet on a spoonful of the onion mixture.
  4. Put a piece of chicken on top of the center of each portion of the onion mixture. (We did not marinate the chicken fillet, but it tastes better if you marinate the chicken in soy sauce for a couple of hours, it will be juicier.
  5. Next, spread the second layer of the mixture on top. We bake onion appetizer with chicken breast (6 pcs.) In a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

  6. We ate them hot, did not have time to cool down, with tomato or sour cream sauce – you will lick your fingers!
