Chicken Breast with Cheese

Chicken breast can be prepared in a way that retains all the juiciness, flavor and aroma of the meat. In this recipe, the chicken is essentially stuffed with cheese and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Cheese – 120 Grams
  • Chicken Breast – 3 Pieces
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – To taste
  • Breadcrumbs – To taste
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. In each breast, use a knife to make pockets in which you put equal parts of the cheese.
  2. Chip off the edges of the meat with toothpicks to keep the melted cheese from spilling out during cooking.
  3. Prepare the breading – flour with salt and black pepper, egg beaten with black pepper, bread crumbs. Dip the breasts in flour, then in an egg.
  4. And roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in a pan until golden brown (3-5 minutes). Then place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. It can be served with rice, vegetables and fresh herbs.
