Chicken Cutlets Stuffed with Mushrooms and Cheese

Chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese – very tender cutlets with filling.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 1.2 kg
  • Champignon mushrooms – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Onions (small size) – 6 pcs.
  • White bread – 2 slices
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 5 cloves (to taste)
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Pour the bread over with warm water, leave for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, mayonnaise, flour, pressed garlic, pressed bread to the minced chicken.
  3. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  5. Fry the onions in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Add half of the onion to the minced meat, stir.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  7. Add mushrooms to the onion remaining in the pan, fry for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, mix.
  8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Before forming each cutlet, moisten your hands with cold water. Take a portion of minced meat, make a cake, put 1 teaspoon in the center. mushrooms with onions and about the same amount of cheese.
  10. Fold the stuffed minced cake in half and form a cutlet. (I got 18 pieces.) Fry chicken zrazy with mushrooms and cheese in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 5 minutes on one side, covered with a lid.
  11. Turn the stuffed chicken cutlets over and fry them for another 5 minutes under the lid.
  12. Thus, fry all the chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese.
  13. Chicken cutlets stuffed with mushrooms and cheese are ready. Enjoy your meal!
