Directions
We will prepare all the products for cooking chicken fillet and cauliflower.
We will disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Place the inflorescences in a bowl.
Pour boiling water over the cabbage and leave it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Let’s prepare a filling batter. To do this, whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add milk, starch, and flour to the eggs. Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater. We also add cheese to the batter. Mix well.
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the chicken fillet pieces in the cheese batter and dip the pieces in it on all sides with a fork.
Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread the chicken fillet in cheese batter in a mold.
Drain the water from the cauliflower, blot the cabbage with napkins. After that, we spread the cabbage in the cheese batter and also coat the inflorescences well with batter on all sides.
Place the cabbage in a baking dish on top of the chicken fillet. Pour the remaining cheese batter into the mold.
We send chicken fillet with cauliflower and cheese to the oven, preheated to 170-180 degrees, for 40 minutes.
Oven-baked chicken fillet with cauliflower is ready. You can sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley before serving.
