Chicken Liver Pate Sandwiches

Chicken liver is suitable not only for preparing main courses or salads. You can make delicious hearty sandwiches using chicken liver. Chicken liver is first fried in a pan, and then crushed to a state of pate and supplemented with fresh herbs and pickles.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver – 300 g
  • Bread – 200 g
  • Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Fresh dill – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. To prepare delicious sandwiches with chicken liver, take the necessary ingredients from the list.
  2. We wash the chicken liver under running water, remove the veins. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. When the oil is warmed up, transfer the chicken liver to the pan. Lightly salt, fry the liver for about 20 minutes.
  3. While frying the chicken liver, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers into cubes. We leave one cucumber to decorate the sandwiches.
  4. Finely chop the washed dill.
  5. Put the fried chicken liver for chopping into a blender.
  6. Add a piece of butter to the liver.
  7. Grind the liver to a pate.
  8. Transfer the resulting liver plow to a bowl. Add sliced ​​cucumbers and herbs to it.
  9. Mix the ingredients.
  10. Grease the bread slices with the resulting mass.
  11. We transfer the sandwiches to a baking sheet, which we send to the oven for 5 minutes (temperature 200 degrees).
  12. Decorate the finished sandwiches with chicken liver with cucumbers and herbs.
  13. Serve warm sandwiches with liver pâté.
