Cod Liver Sandwiches

The quick and delicious cod liver sandwiches are a great snack on the festive table.

Servings: 10
Ingredients
- Cod liver – 1 jar
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 50 g
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Green onions – 3 pcs.
- Bread – 0.5 rolls
Directions
- Cut the bread into slices.
- Fry the bread in a frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
- Mash the cod liver with a fork in a suitable bowl, grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater.
- Add ground pepper and mayonnaise, mix.
- Chop green onions finely.
- Spread the mixture on the bread. Place the cod liver sandwiches on a platter and sprinkle with green onions.
