Cod Liver Tartlets

Tartlets with cod liver, eggs, cheese and cucumbers are a delicious, simple and quick festive snack.

Ingredients
- Sand tartlets – 18 pcs.
- Canned cod liver – 100 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
- Fresh parsley – for garnish
Directions
- Mash the cod liver with a fork.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Boil eggs hard-boiled (8-10 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water, peel. Grate eggs on a fine grater.
- Peel the onion, chop finely.
- Finely chop the cucumbers.
- Stir all the filling ingredients with mayonnaise.
- Fill shortbread tartlets with cod liver filling, garnish with herbs.
- Cod liver tartlets are ready!
