Tartines with Avocado and Cod Liver Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Parsley – 4-5 branches
  • Red onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Wine red vinegar – 2-3 drops
  • Cod liver – 1 can (120 g)
  • Black bread – 0.25 loaves
  • Salt to taste

  1. Cooking vegetable salsa. Ripe avocado, cut in half, take out the pit, and peel the avocado halves. Cut the avocado into small cubes. Transfer the avocado to a deep plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Peel the red onion from the top husk and finely enough. Also finely chop the parsley. Peel and grind the garlic using a garlic press. Add parsley, onion, and garlic to the container to the avocado. Season with red wine vinegar and salt. Mix gently.
