Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper
- water
- butter

- Rinse the chicken in cold water and dry with paper towel. Season with pepper and salt inside and out. Spread all of the paprika inside. Add the garlic, thyme and rosemary.
- Put the prepared chicken on a bottle half filled with water, place on a drip tray and cook in the tube at 200 ° C for about 1 hour (no longer need to be poured over).
- Remove the resulting meat stock from the drip tray with water. Season the resulting sauce again to taste and stir with cold butter until creamy. Serve with mixed vegetables and potatoes.
