Ingredients

  • 500 g spaetzle (Knöpfli)
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 400 mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon stock, granulated
  • 1 cup spread (brunch tomato-ricotta spread)
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add salt and cook the Knöpfli according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. At the same time, cut the meat into cubes and fry until golden brown. Clean the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, add to the meat and cook with them. Then add the cream and bring to the boil, season with broth to taste. Add the brunch to the hot cream and wait until it has melted. Add salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Drain the dumplings, mix with the sauce and serve.
