Chicken schnitzel breaded with cheese and homemade breadcrumbs is a very tasty and quick dish. The chicken fillet is soft, with a crispy cheese crust. You can prepare meat for such a dish the night before, but cook it the next day.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 350 g (1 pcs.)
Hard cheese – 60 g
White bread – 80 g (4 slices)
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 40-50 g
Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
Curry – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Cut the bread into small slices and place on a dry baking sheet. We send the baking sheet to the oven and cook for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Preparing chicken fillet. My meat, cleaned of veins and films. Use a sharp knife to cut the fillet lengthwise into equal pieces.
Spread cling film on the board, put the fillet, and cover it with the second part of the film. We beat off the fillet until fine.
Salt and pepper the beaten meat to taste, add curry and paprika.
Put the finished crackers on parchment paper and grind them with a rolling pin to very fine crumbs.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater and add to the chopped breadcrumbs.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Pour flour into a separate container.
First, roll each piece of chicken meat in flour (we make a translucent layer). Shake off excess flour. Then we dip the meat into beaten eggs and let the excess liquid drain.
Then roll the chicken fillet on both sides in a mixture of crackers and cheese. If you like the crust, then repeat the layer of breading again (eggs, then crackers with cheese).
In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the chicken schnitzels on both sides for 6-7 minutes until a tender, golden crust is formed. Add vegetable oil to the pan as needed.
Put the finished schnitzels on a paper towel, let the excess oil soak.
Serve chicken schnitzels in cheese bread to the table. Enjoy your meal!
