Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzel
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, (it can be the spicy mustard)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tablespoon cheese, very finely grated
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon. Herbs, (parsley, chives, herbs Provence)

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, mustard, garlic and the spices in a bowl and add the chicken schnitzel. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
  2. Mix the cheese, flour and herbs well and place in a deep plate. Turn the marinated schnitzel in it and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 35 - 45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat).
  3. This goes well with tomato rice and mixed salad.
