Chicken white Sauce

I am sharing with you a classic recipe for white chicken sauce. I don’t know who invented it and how, but the combination of milk white sauce and tender chicken has always been, is and will be a masterpiece! Recommend!

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients

  • Butter – 6 Art. spoons
  • Flour – 4 Art. spoons
  • Milk – 2.5 Cups
  • Spices – To taste
  • Greens – To taste
  • Chicken – 400 Grams

Directions

  1.  In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add flour to it and fry everything together.
  2. Then gradually pour in milk, reduce heat to minimum and cook until the milk boils and the sauce begins to thicken. Spices to taste.
  3.  Now put the herbs and chicken in the sauce, simmer all together for about 10 minutes under the lid. An important nuance – do not forget to marinate the chicken in your favorite sauce and fry in a pan, so it will be juicier.
  4. Well that’s all! Serve with your favorite side dish. mix and enjoy the taste!
