Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, pork, beef or mixed
  • Jalapeños, from the glass
  • 150 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 1 roll
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Spice mix (minced meat spice)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the roll and soak in a little water. Peel and chop the onion. When the bread roll is well done, add the onions, the minced meat seasoning, the parsley and the chives. Then mix well with the minced meat.
  2. Spread out a sheet of baking paper. Pour the minced meat mixture on top and spread it out in the shape of a thin rectangle. If necessary, cover with another sheet of baking paper and roll thinly with a rolling pin.
  3. Finely chop the jalapeños. Spread this with the cheese on the rolled out minced meat mixture. Make sure that the outer two centimeters remain free up to the edge. Then roll up the roast and seal the ends tightly if necessary.
  4. Put the meatloaf in an ovenproof dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about an hour.
