Ingredients
- 750 g minced meat, half pork and half beef
- 250 g quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt and pepper, 1 drop Tabasco
- 2 teaspoons spices for minced meat
- 35 g tomato paste
- 5 slices bacon, mixed
- butter
- Breadcrumbs

- Process all ingredients, except bacon, breadcrumbs and butter, into a meat dough and shape into an elongated dumpling on a work surface sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- Put in a greased ovenproof dish and cover with the bacon strips and flakes of butter. Leave in the oven at 190-210 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes.
- Tip: I always put a few cubes of butter next to the meatloaf so that there is some fat for the side dishes.
