Chili Oil

This is not the first time I have brought extra virgin olive oil in a bottle from a Mediterranean resort. Most often it is pepper with some kind of herbs. It looks beautiful, and the taste is unusual. See for yourself!

Servings: 5-8

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil – 250 Milliliters
  • Rosemary, twig – 2 Pieces
  • Chili Pepper – 2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves

Directions

  1. Pour the oil into a transparent jar or bottle with a lid.
  2. Add rosemary and pepper to the oil.
  3. Then add the garlic, not even peeled.
  4. Leave the oil in a cool place covered for 7-10 days. Enjoy your tasting!
