Prepare all ingredients for green oil. Leave the oil for an hour without a refrigerator to soften.
Finely chop the dill and parsley.
Squeeze the garlic into the herbs, salt to taste.
Add soft butter to the green mass.
Mix everything thoroughly. Place the green butter in the freezer to cool.
