Ingredients

  • 500 g suar
  • 250 g butter
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coffee, boiled, cold, strong
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 500g flour
  • 1 cup sweet cream, whipped
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and eggs and stir everything well. Stir in the vanilla sugar and coffee. Then mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and add to the other ingredients. Finally fold in the whipped cream. Put the dough in a greased dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for a good 45 minutes (please pay attention to the baking properties of your stove!).
