  • 200 g muesli (chocolate muesli)
  • 50 g mararine
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and mix with the yeast and sugar. Add the flour, muesli, margarine and a little salt and stir. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Knead the dough well again and shape it into a loaf of bread on a floured work surface. Place this on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
