Chocolate Pie with Zucchini

  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Kefir – 0.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
  • Cocoa – 4 Art. spoons
  • Dark chocolate – 100 grams (bar)
  • Cream – 50 Milliliters (fatty)
  • Vanilla – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. First, we take and prepare all the ingredients we need.
  2. Thoroughly rinse the marrow under running water and peel it.
  3. Rub the vegetable on a coarse grater.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini and remove it, we only need the pulp.
  5. Drive eggs into a bowl, add sugar, mix everything.
  6. Add kefir and vegetable oil.
  7. Stir the mixture.
  8. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, vanilla, cocoa and baking powder.
  9. Pour the mixture of dry ingredients to the egg-kefir mixture.
  10. Knead the dough with a whisk.
  11. Add the zucchini.
  12. Mix thoroughly.
  13. Grease the baking dish with oil, pour the resulting dough into it.
  14. We send the cake to the oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for about one hour.
  15. Take out the cake, leave it to cool.
  16. Before serving, you can grease the cake with icing, but you can serve as it is.
