Ingredients

  • 75 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g marzipan paste
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 150 g chocolate couverture, dark

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the chocolate in a blender or chop it with a knife.
  2. Prepare a batter out of the butter, flour, marzipan, chocolate and cocoa. Let it rest briefly in the refrigerator so that it can be rolled out better.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Roll out the dough (ideally between cling film or baking paper), cut out biscuits and bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
  4. Melt the couverture in a water bath and coat the biscuits with it. Then decorate as you wish.
