Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed or lamb
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 glass gherkin (s), sweet and sour, small ones
  • 1 handful flour
  • water
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat crumbly with a little oil. Add diced onions and chopped gherkins. Stew until the onions are translucent. Scatter marjoram and flour over the top, mix well and add enough water to achieve the consistency you want. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of cucumber liquid.
  2. Boiled potatoes go best with this.
