Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta breads for ready-to-bake
  • 500 g salami, in one piece
  • 400 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 400 g tomato (s), peeled (can)
  • pepper
  • oregano

Ciabatta with Salami – Cheese – Crust

Instructions

  1. Chop the salami, Emmentaler cheese and onion into large pieces. Coarsely puree everything together with the tomatoes and spices in a blender or household machine to make a spreadable paste. Cut the ciabatta bread diagonally into slices and spread the paste 1 cm thick. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes.
