I suggest you make cinnamon rolls in a new way! I make these buns not from yeast dough, as is usual. And instead of whipped cream, I use chocolate icing. Try it!

Vanilla extract – 0.5 Teaspoons
Milk – 2 tbsp
Directions
Combine flour with salt, baking powder and white sugar
Pour heavy cream into the flour mixture.
Mix the dough well.
Sprinkle flour on a table and place the dough on it and knead for 1 minute, then form a ball out of it
Stretch the dough into a rectangle with your hands.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough thinly.
Melt the butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon to it, brush the dough with the prepared mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips
Roll the dough into a roll.
Use a sharp knife or thread to cut the dough into 12 pieces.
Place the resulting buns in a baking dish.
Bake buns in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool the buns in the pan.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cocoa, vanilla extract, milk and first add 1 cup of powdered sugar, stir and add another ¼ cup. If the mixture is too thin, add a little more caster sugar.
Transfer the cooled rolls to a wire rack, pour over the cooked icing and leave until it hardens
